BUDGET

The BUDGET module optimises management, ensuring that all expenses are monitored and controlled. 


  • Budget Creation: set an initial budget for the event, defining the categories of expenditure.
  • Expense Categories: division of expenses into categories (e.g. venue, catering, entertainment, marketing, equipment, personnel) for clearer management.
  • Cost Estimation: enter cost estimates for each category, with the possibility of updating the estimates as more accurate information is gathered.
  • Expense Monitoring: recording actual expenses as they are incurred, with the ability to compare them to the initial estimates.
  • Supplier Management: integration with a list of suppliers, with the ability to record quotes and contracts, and monitor payments.
  • Trend Analysis: analysis of historical expenses from previous events, to improve future planning.
  • Revenue Forecast: estimate the expected revenue from the event, such as ticket sales and sponsorships.
  • Access and Security: access control to ensure that only authorised personnel can view or modify the budget.
